I agree. So was he an apostle??? No.

I've got an Aunt and Uncle buried at Arlington. They managed to survive WWII. They finally succumbed to life itself. I wish I were closer to where they are. I would do the same, Geo.

http://www.richeson.org/john/FerrellWeddin...20Wedding11.jpg This is a current pic of David Bailey?? No way. Wait-a-minute. Really?? Are you sure? You must be. Where did the years go?? He looks so much more *cough* mature, since I last saw him!! Wow -- time sure do fly by. :( WOOPS -- do I even have permission to post here?? :unsure: I forgot to check at the door, since I'm not 9th, or any corps. {I'd best slip back into 9th Corps Thread *lurkdom*}

I used to have one of these --- same color, and everything. Congrats on a decent *set of wheels*. May *Big Woody* RIP in that big Garage, way up in the sky!

another point about CK -- who wasn't around when light bulbs were being screwed in, though he wishes he had been, and is willing to tell us how to do it; And Mike to exhort all to MASTER the written works about pfal -- (Proper Fundamentals About Lightbulbs; Or Jardinero and HerbieJuan to argue for growing lightbulbs - (not yer average bulb!); And Sushi to say --- HEEEEEERE'S LIGHTBULBS! How many have we got so far?? -
Was that the *Switched on Bach* record?? I loved that thing -- even if *Wendy* was originally a guy! :P

Socks -- shouldn't you be picking guitar -- or sumpthin?! -
The chat listing, has it's problems. :( More often than not, 2 or 3 folks are listed, when there are actually 10 or so in the room. What's up with that?? :unsure:

The number 2 pencil is still the most popular. So why is it still number 2, and not number 1???

NLL -- I wouldn't worry about it too much (if I were you). I tried out a Baptist church once, and the only time I did *connect* with them, was at functions outside of the actual church service. :) (Meebe that had something to do with my fiddle picking, and NOT theology!) Personally -- I'm thinking I could show up at a Weenie roast, and feel the same as you do at your functions with your church. I'm me, and I'll never be anyone else. I don't try to *fit in*, nor do I ask others to do so for me. And *Way-Brain* has nothing to do with it (for me). If you like the group (overall), let them do their *thing*, while you continue to do yours. Dunno if that helps, but that's how I look at things. :)

Mark -- Not trying to be *fractious* here, but I do have a question (if I may). :) Is it ok to address a priest or deacon by their name, rather than by title?? Having been raised Catholic -- I've always addressed the priests, nuns, etc., as either *father*, or *sister*. How about folks that aren't involved in the RCC?? Do they recognize the person, or the title?? What's the protocol for that? Would *Father Joe* be offended if he were addressed as Joe? Or would *Sister Regina Marie* be offended if addressed as Regina? Does the church require that *outsiders* address them by their title? Like I say -- not trying to be fractious -- but that (imo) sets up a *caste* system. Just like Protestant churches do with the *Elder*, *Deacon*, and *Reverend* route. ;)

Two laps down -- and the field is narrowed to 31. :(

I just got back from a trip to Indiana. When I left here (Minney-soda), the leaves were barely out yet. :( When I got back here a week later, I was treated to this in my back yard. The flowering crab tree, finally decided to flower! :B)

Ha! Yup. ;) And if you're not used to succeeding on the first try --- parachuting isn't for you!
