  1. I think these are probably now "priviledges", rendered to the elect few, who are "spiritual enough" to handle it.. I'd bet they still have to sign out for potty time though.
  2. Maybe more like "Mommy Dearest". Sorry, I know.. I'm being bad again today..
  3. Hmm. Well, vp claimed to be the "father in da word" ole rose gets the "mantle".. maybe she thinks she is a "mommie" in da word..
  4. I think I figured part of it out. Why people were made to give accountability, and a schedule: How often and when they planned to have sex. Where they were going, and with whom, and why. The directions they were taking to get there. And back. Properly sign out on the potty list.. disclose their financial information.. and to deviate from the agreed upon schedule, meant a fate worse than death. I think rosie, loy and crowd knew the caliber of "leadership" they were "raising up". People raised to be so friggin helpless, ignorant and inept, that they would even have to tell them when they were going potty.. maybe they were afraid they'd get lost on the way to the bathroom.. sheesh. You treat a three year old with more respect than that. I don't know if you need that kind of supervision, "Mr." Li*der, but you might want to tell rosie that the rest of us REALLY DON'T .
  5. I don't think it goes where a person should not inquire. I'm not advocating using the magnifying glass to evaluate leadership based on their financial data, how often they have sex, when and where they go potty, along with requiring to to submit a minute, day to day schedule, disclosing where they are going, who they are going with, their planned route there and back, and what they are going to do. That might creep me out. Or be going to far.. But all I am looking at is the general intelligence level of the last set of "leadership" I had to deal with. I was submitting my life to people that I wouldn't trust to balance a check book. Maybe you're seeing what was in their minds.. that might be enough to creep anybody out.
  6. At any university, the students have the priviledge of filling out an anonomous evaluation of the instructor. I wonder if we should send these in.. oh, maybe "mr." linder could do it for us. Actually, they may find these useful. They could read them, determine who is most likely to grow up to be a brick, and promote them..
  7. I wonder if it was HIS ministry. Now I think if any thing good became of it, it was despite him. Maybe in a past life he was Cyrus, who knows.. now a "king" without a cause. :)
  8. vague, I don't know.. but did you vote your choice on the poll? But I think you are starting to confirm my suspicions about these guys.. looks like a pretty typical pattern in recent years. The "leader", dumb enough to submit himself to "implicit obedience", the woman, smart enough to keep him from killing himself. Or to try.
  9. I know. Fill the tank with water, and "believe" for it to be turned into gas.. I think if loy told the guy to do it, he'd have the garden hose down the little flap before you knew what was happening.. I know, I know, I'm being bad today..
  10. I didn't know JG personally, but I did know R*lph D. He was one of the "einsteins" I think. After him, things went downhill, at least here. When he was drummed out after the pop flap, we didn't hear anything about him, ever. Until waydale.. Those sent from headquarters progressively were less intelligent, less caring, more abusive and demanding. I think a requirement to run a limb or region anymore, definitely isn't intelligence. They probably meter out the right amount of glue for the guy to huff.. Some guy that's convinced that water can somehow be turned into fuel, well.. what can you say.
  11. Well, I did leave a couple of positive choices. I heard J0e was a real good guy. But those that got E's and F's here, I think most still hold some position in der ministry. Most were promoted.
  12. Same for this guy. His wife seemed pretty smart, he on the other hand, had the capacity of a cocker spaniel. Wife: "c'mon boy, c'mon boy, loy wants us to confront somebody.." My impression was that she was the real brains in the outfit. It appeared to be a match made in corps "heaven". This is about the third or fourth time I've heard something like this.. the guy is dull as a brick, he runs a limb or region, and the wife is VERY cunning, and intelligent. And a "looker". Maybe there was a pattern that developed in the 90's. well, it makes sense. loy needed somebody dense enough to carry out his will, and somebody smart enough to keep him from shooting himself or someone else while playing with a loaded gun..
  13. Hmm. I see some room for improvement.. They could have rosie stand up front and lead them in Gregorian chants..
  14. I dunno. I think it was a real fear for a while, but with my last meeting with mr. bread and vegetables, all of a sudden, I realized I was really had. He sat there asking me basically what debil spurt I was supposed to be possessed, or influenced by.. I think at that point I saw how powerless and immature they had become. When I left, I didn't have even a thought that I'd get worked over on the devil's highway on account of these half baked "ministers".
  15. Dmiller, I had one of these also, but it was in 1977. I don't think he was around very long after that.
  16. Thanks Groucho.. I remember some pretty intelligent folks in the seventies and eighties, but they have been long drummed out of "God's service". Seems as the years went on, the IQ dropped proportionally. loy got what he wanted.. blind, dumb and obedient "leadership". I honestly think they HAVE to tow the line, nobody else in the supposed devil's senses world wouldn't have them, even if they offered their services for free.
  17. hmm. I wonder if the it was the same character that came here.. he was out of da corps a couple of years, and I think the next year they ordained him.eyes, did he have any fondness or propensity for the seperation of bread and vegetables? I dunno.. unless by dumb luck, they probably didn't have enough sense to hit something "vital".. I know it's bad.. probably would have saved you guys a lot of grief..
  18. This was the guy who said "now, we KNOW something is wrong with you, you need to just come clean, and tell us.." Something wrong, hmmm. Suddenly, in a brief flash of thought, bread, vegetables, cars trying to run on water.. the answer finally came.
  19. I remember when some of the old leadership couldn't bring themselves to tow the line in loy's brave new world. In one of the letters in the main site here, loy said something like "I'll just have to send out the young guys, mistakes may be made, but it's for your own good.." The guy that came to my state, I would rate him somewhere between choice four and five. New corps "grad". And he was a goon.. The MOST intelligent thing I heard him say, was that he knew better than mixing his bread and vegetables, with a dull gleam in his eye, speaking fondly of his bread and vegetables.. He also stated that "water gives you energy". how so? "well, water has hydrogen and oxygen. You take the hydrogen, and the oxyen, spark it together, poof. You have energy. And water." I felt like saying, well, if you get energy from water, why don't you put it in your cars gas tank? Naw.. he probably would have done it.. Where did loy get these guys? This one, I think he found him under a rock. I think he's a region coordinator now. He was the "best" headquarters had to offer, AT THE TIME.
  20. Oh, yes. These are UNRESOLVED issues, at least by those, including me, who have the issues. I can live with it if I have to.. no friggin way I can even attempt to fix it in the minimum of 24 hours that the craigster recommended. Regardless of what some may think, I am at peace, one way or another. I wonder what it is doing to the craigster himself. I wonder if he'll wait for another day..
  21. I don't think they'd be able to change to the extent that I would consider. I've grown and changed since leaving, they'd have to catch up with me to begin with.
  22. I've lost my innocence. I simply do not have the capacity to trust like I did.
  23. If you mean the group of people that watched somebody get reamed and expelled from the ministry simply because he was sick and had to get up to go to the bathroom, and the rest did not object, or challenge the judgment of those who set themselves up as God's representative, the answer is no. The whole "fellowship" should have gotten up and kicked their collective asses. But we didn't know better at the time. This is one of the moments that I relive at times.
  24. I think if he ever was, it was before vic got his claws in him.
  25. I wonder if it was the same guy.. OMG. This character was so ignorant, so clueless, that I can't even remember his name. All I know, now he at least runs a REGION. good grief.. maybe somebody here could help me remember this minion's name.. frank123, maybe you could PM and tell me..
