freezing is an idea.. but with most insects I think that has the same effect as the CO2.. puts them to sleep. My vote still lies with wait till next spring or summer.. I'll admit.. I'm a coward..

hmm. Well.. there's always the coward's way out.. you could leave it in the bag.. until next spring, or next summer.. My old brother in law actually collected wasps and hornets for some company that used the venom to make anti-venom or something like that. Sprayed the nests with CO2 fire extinguishers.. apparently it puts the buggers to sleep.. I don't think that's the point here though. You put them to sleep, eventually they wake up..

umm.. he didn't have one to discredit. One in engineering, that is.Ironic that he has one in history.. but still.. "where did the people go.."? It's a straw man argument to claim that the "opposition" claims they were all gassed, and then try to refute it.. No.. they were shot, suffocated.. worked to death, starved.. etc. etc. A lot of them died in route to the camps.. and yes, MANY were gassed.. The report from Russia from Himmler simply stated that some 363,211 were "executed". Only took them three months of savagery.. Ya know.. some people think that we play out this scenario, one lifetime after another.. I wonder how one would feel on the "wrong end" of the political agenda they promoted the lifetime before..

Now seagulls, I can understand.. they'll eat practically anything. And lots of it. and subsequently, they release it.. but not in it's original form or composition.. when it hits the guy sitting in the car at McDonald's.. well, one loses one's respect for such a "noble" bird.. Even with that, I don't have the heart to throw bubble gum or alka-seltzer out the window, between handfuls of fries.. I've seen gulls swallow whole chunks of failed "bread" that would easily descend to the bottom of lake Michigan.. and likely stay there whole for decades..

When I first saw this thread up on the index board.. all the title that was displayed was "Please THINK! before breeding.." truncated the rest.. I was expecting it to refer to certain people.. maybe it should..

About the worst stepford type I met was probably and old limb leader (before they were called coordinators).. My opinion of the guy.. I thought he had a few brain cells burned out.. whatever portion controls conscience, and serious logical reasoning... something just not there.. who knows, maybe vic recruited them like that..

Fortunately, most of the stories here have a happier ending than the novel and movie you allude to..

Welcome, Nicole.. I was one of the "good people" (at least I hope somebody thinks so). Sure, there were a lot of us.. the old ministry could not have functioned without us. Interesting fact though.. of all the "friendships" I supposedly developed, relationships.. I can count two in the community here that would have anything to do with me.. who would look me up, or make a point to talk if they happened to see me in public.. and they are both no longer in "God's" ministry. Oh.. there are a few in the next large town that are involved with offshoots.. they are at least polite. Yeah.. I knew a lot of good people in the old ministry.. I'm just trying to figure out where they all went..

Suggest that it's just, the rest of the whole world that's wrong..

What I wonder is.. The Zundel trial. Faurisson contacted leuchter, and leuchter was paid something like $35,000 to testify as an "expert".. Didn't they check his credentials? Or did they put him on the stand, with full knowledge that he only had a bachellor's in HISTORY? $35,000 for an "expert" expert would be rather cheap.. maybe they thought if they could just put an oaf on the stand, and the other side beat him up over his credentials.. the judge and jury would pity the poor fools.. "your honor, I object" "on what grounds?" "well, it maligns the defense." "you mean, it makes you look like morons?" "well, yes..."

Maybe they made him work it off by schlepping rocks back from europe..
