  1. I suppose so. But that presumes that one knows the name of the corporation, or location of the property to begin with. Apparently I'm not "spiritual" enough to handle that kind of information..
  2. I really wish SOMEBODY would step up and accept responsibility for this thing..
  3. Wouldn't suprise me, at all.
  4. I was trying to cook up a recipe for possessed chicken flambe, but I'll spare you.. "don't add garlic if you want the chicken to stay in the pan.." Sowie, carry on..
  5. Compare: another offshoot's website: http://www.cffm.org/doc/contact.shtml It's not exactly my "cup of tea" anymore.. but I offer a few observations. They aren't afraid to be found. In fact, I would say that they WANT to be found.. even an honest to God landline telephone number.. practically a complete listing of staff, along with email that I am pretty SURE they'd answer.. even DIRECTIONS on how to get to their little corner of the world.. they even advertise their "curriculum", events.. I could say other things, but at least they seem to be open and honest.. but the sowers thingy.. They have a "web page". I shouldn't have to email somebody to ASK who's running it.. what the qualifications are.. what the curriculum is.. what organization they support, or supports them, if they actually have a parent organization to begin with.. I thought it was a joke the first time I saw it.. it looked like a spoof site.. "fellow residents on the grounds"??? firewood to be chopped??? abandoned farm equipment? gotta be kidding.. I hope they send the brochure sometime soon. I've got all summer to figure this thing out with my own devices if need be..

Where's pfal? I think it's holed up on a farm in Smith County, Mississippi..
  7. what's even more intriguing.. the only face I recognize on any of the photos is one with the kid "preaching' in front of *his* people.. you'd think they'd have a staff shot.. names of who's there in charge.. specifics about the curriculum.. an ethics page that the "students' and THOSE IN CHARGE would LIKEWISE have to abide by.. what's the point of having such a useless website? my first impression was that the"message" was "here am I, chop my wood.."
  8. Their website doesn't give a clue, either. http://sowersonline.com/default.aspx unless the "fellow residents" qualify as staff.. http://sowersonline.com/aboutus.aspx Not much "about us" for an "about us" page..
  9. The only "board member" he mentioned was pops.. another poster here leaked Mc*ullen's name. whoever else is "on board" apparently they are not saying.
  10. I wonder if that's the real story here though. I'd say these "elders" very well might be running the thing under the kid's name, letting him have the illusion he's in charge. He insinuated that he cooked the whole thing up himself. Now Mc*ullen.. what has HE been doing for the last twenty years that would qualify him to be on the board, other than trespassing on vey property, trying to relive times he walked "holy ground"? I'm not being sarcastic, at least at the moment. While the bot may own the keys to the place, I think it would have been more sensible to just humor the old guy.. I think he was harmless, at least at the time. Unless as THEIR "product".. they considered him a real embarrassment. No.. instead, they get another black eye, going to court again, and having another "persecuted" ex-cultie on the front page of Sidney Gazette or whatever it is. Now they have a more bitter, even more determined enemy.. And it appears to have been a rather long standing feud between Mc*ullen and der vey inc. Now he opens shop in Mississippi.. with another "board member" who probably has a lot more reason to be disgruntled.. I don't think JP's exit from twi was very pleasant either. I wonder how he felt when he saw a *woman* put in a position he may have thought to be more suited for himself.. So pa and "uncle mac" give junior the white-washed version of way history.. it was a wonderful place, until a couple of "bad apples" ruined everything.. and "by gawd, we'll get it "right" THIS time.." how? Using the same methods? I really question their judgment and motives here. I sense a deep seated bitterness.. but they likely will never express it. I think they keep bottling it in, speaking in tongues, and reciting retemories.. "forgetting the things behind.."
  11. He might be 24.. just BARELY out of college. yep, JP's kid. I sincerely believe he is more "qualified" to be in charge of a broom closet..
  12. And that's about all he could list when I asked about the qualifications of those running the deal. "I know the bible. Certainly fellowlaborers counts for SOMETHING.." listed a few upper ups in CFF as being among his "counsellors". Now I question how much "counsel" they indeed provided.. especially in regard to this new venture. I just can't see Wayne saying.. "You've proved yourself in da church, go for it kid.." The kid hasn't even made it even once around the block in life yet. Of course he has a degree. Graduated with honors.. unless I'm mistaken, ironically, in HISTORY. He thinks the way was a pleasant land, where a few *bad men* caused all the "problems".. thinks martindale was the primary cause of their misery. I don't think he can take an honest look at way history. He lists gramps as one of his heroes.. now he is apparently surrounded by a handful of aging, unemployed yes men, who apparently have told him that gramps was the greatest manogawd since the earth cooled.. and I think fed his ego. I think they are working him, trying to milk his name for all it's apparently worth. "troubling" is an understatement for how I feel about all of this. So the next question.. where are the enrollees coming FROM? Gotta recruit them SOMEWHERE. Without SOME kind of affiliation, even a loose one.. or somebody's recommendation, I don't think he could open shop. Logically, to me, the only places he has to recruit are from offshoots, or among those who still revere gramps name.

    indulge me, please

    what does he see Excie?
  14. and he left his children and grandchildren basically without inheritance in the process. Unless you consider the "legacy" of stolen tapes, rather arcane doctrine and such as an "inheritance".

Oh yeah.. Galen. He has some kind of "free pass" to run pfal as he likes, signed by some bigwig from hq.. he's pretty honorable though. I don't think he'd copy it.. "Where's pfal".. kinda brings up a picture of Doctor Jones asking.. "it's the gweatest power known to the befuddled mind o man.. SOMEBODY has to do somethin' with it.." "we have our best people working on it.." "and who are they?" "the best..... people.." as it gets hauled off into the underbelly of the osc by some lackey..
  16. Catcup, the thing that really troubled me was I basically had the door slammed with just honest, concerned inquiry. Perhaps rather pointed.. but I was polite, or as polite as I could be. I know the kid.. and he knows who I am. This was over a month before I brought it here. Another poster took offense and inadvertenly leaked that supposedly the program really is all Mc*ullen's pride and joy.. The kid couldn't even tell me that much. Why the secrecy? Now I think I wasn't the first one to voice a few objections and warnings.. The arrogance just reeks all the way up here..
  17. so, in loy's mind.. I wonder if he really thought rosie was the devil, and donna was eve.. makes sense to me.. to this day it is said the loyster doesn't have a clue what he did was morally reprehensible.. he dumped a lot of that kind of "legalism" long ago..
  18. I dunno Ductape. If someone wants to marry Fido.. why not let them? I mean.. a person generally marries with one considered an intellectual peer of sorts..
  19. interesting turn of discussion here.. so what happens to the soul? I have a few thoughts.. How long do you think we have been "around".. I for one don't think we (or should I say *I*) are devil spirits that "incarnate" themselves in one generation after another.. loy's or "doc's" explanation of reincarnation is rather immature, in my opinion. I think the warnings of religion and hypocrisy only are used to wilfully mask our true nature. what else does one do, if one lives forever.. we pretend.. we play the games.. I think we play these cruel games, one lifetime after another. take it as you wish..
  20. I dunno. I think the "demonization" of homosexuality is really nothing more than finding a scapegoat for what's supposedly *really* wrong in america.. from a "christian" or "biblical" point of view, it's just too easy of a target..
  21. I remember eating mayo sandwiches at times.. Yeah, the logic of it all seems rather warped now. "what does he need all that stuff for, the plane, the motorcycles, the motorcoach, etc. etc...?" "well, he needs it. To move da WORD.." somehow I thought that was what WE were out on the "front lines" doing.. I wonder how many mayo sandwiches the vicster ate in his lifetime..
  22. Hey, at least I give them fair warning. "follow me if you must, thou verily mightest have fun, but be assured you are following a fruit cake.."
  23. "charged with oversight".. Who is charged with oversight? "well, we're just not saying.." the only three names I've seen revealed are v2p2, pappy, and M*mullen.. it seems to be an elusive, can't quite pin down who's all in it board.. compare: http://www.fumf.org/index.cfm/fuseaction/About.Board Seems a Methodist organization doesn't have any "issues" with publically revealing who is on the board.. names, qualifications.. Next thought.. WHO are they claiming charges THEM with oversight? "well, we're just not saying.." seriously.. did one of them give a word of *prophecy* or something.. "Mah peoples, I have CHARGED you.." and the rest of them in the room just let their heads bob up and down in agreement? sounds like they've ordained themselves..
  24. What about "secular" writers? Paul quoted Aratus on Mars Hill. Cited him as an authority..
