  1. Ya know.. hey, I really do pay attention in class.. I've read a little bit.. In quantum mechanics.. if you want to be *really* "right" .. you've gotta be hydrogen.. pretty lonely little world there.. :) for all of the other "citizens" in da world.. they are doing a desperate amount of spin why it isn't all so simple..
  2. and as far as "absolute truth" is concerned.. it's the same as being able of holding "absolute wealth".. if one could, it would break the "game". If you've won EVERYTHING.. you've just inherited a heck of a lot of nothing.. I'll say this in the least offensive manner, and the least threatening mode that I can.. Bub, you can have it.. :)
  3. Soooo. *we* have broken off (or were booted out of) twi.. so the big question (I'm asking it for offshoots.. I've heard at least one actually ask it) "WHADA WE DO NOW".. so along comes this wonderful, professional character.. gives a few GENTLE words.. that if they'd do at least a few, he'd actually lay some honest RESPECT on them.. isn't it like.. God's SCREAMING at them? and why here? Pretty simple.. this is about the only place they will receive an honest critique of sorts..
  4. Oh no. We just know how possessed liberals are..
  5. don't even ask where I got the skin.. you just have to be vewy vewy quiet..
  6. Yeah. I was a masquerading as a liberal wearing a conservative's skin. really.. it was so surreal.. it's like, the allegations this person was making was so far "out there".. I really wasn't prepared to argue with that level of "nuttiness".. no less with a room full of .. well, I won't use that word.. who were sitting there in agreement.. Groucho, they probably think he was a closet liberal..
  7. sowie.. wrong thread.. brb.
  8. So I just sat, and smiled.. the squirrel decided to stay incognito, and not have a room full of fanatics desperately trying to cast "devils" out of him.. So, the "spirits" stayed safely "undetected" from their awesome spiritual powers.. I guess the dark side has clouded their "vision"..
  9. At an otherwise "innocent" twi offshoot "twig" meeting.. (ahem, cough..) the "teacher" shared on the "renewed mind." How people should control their minds.. unlike liberals, who did not. In fact, the liberals were in danger of "maybe not right away, but to be on the path to possession and homosexuality.." and how, like *we* know, the conservatives had a wholesome, sound opinion on practically everything. It was an election year, of course. The really scary thing about it.. about fifteen people in the room were smiling, bobbing their heads affirmatively up and down.. For a moment, I thought I had walked into a den of lions..
  10. maybe you were just more immune to the insanity than some of us..
  11. and the only major difference.. that I can see- crowley openly admitted that he was the most evil man alive.. the vicster just hid behind a thin veil of supposed righteousness and goodness.. at least crowley was honest, in this regard.. what you see is what you get..
  12. There are an astounding number of parallels between the vicster and Crowley. Crowley was basically a drug addict, vic gulped down drambuie like water.. crowley abandoned a valid education at the start of his career.. the vicster abandoned the thought of getting a legitimate doctorate and went to a repudiated degree mill.. Crowley was a sex crazed deviant.. the vicster, well.. Crowley chased ever trail imaginable in regards to sorcery, esp, the supernatural.. vic chased after every fruit loop known to evangelical christianity in a desperate, pathetic search for "power".. Crowley seemed to be in love with causing controversy.. from the Wikipedia article: vic, on the other hand, wrote in the yellow book "I'm not trying to be an iconoclast".. and then he went on to be one.. there are probably many others, but the biggest parallel between the two, in my opinion: long after their death, many followers hold fiercely to their "work" like it's da verd of gawd.
  13. little sob.. what you shoulda done.. gone peace corps.. actually made a difference somewhere.. naw.. let's just take a short cut to mogdom..
  14. I wonder how the "manogawd"'s offspring feels about all of this.. does he realize the scam he's trying to run.. or is he just a pawn in the game.. I think.. a little of both.
  15. I'd have to say I've never seen the coach. Once it was to make a scheduled stop with his "greatness" on it in Detroit, I think.. and there was a "drive" to get us to go see his "eminence".. never made it though..
  16. Happy Birthday friend.. glad you enjoyed it.
  17. maybe it's a McDonald's sign someone turned upside down..
  18. Let's not forget "a friend of the devil is a friend of mine"..
  19. Some of my best thoughts likely were spontaneous. Under der vey's tuteledge, I quickly learned how to suppress them, labelling them thinking evil, unrenewed mind.. even "influenced" by da adversary.. What I find intriguing.. after beating individuality and common sense out of people for YEARS, loy actually wanted them to try something intuitive, like.. "genuine spiritual suspicion". So the pendulum swung completely the other way.. the result, people being "confronted" and marked and avoided at the unbridled whim of the particular goon the people found themselves sitting before..
  20. I think maybe the "phenomena" was not unlike Hitler in his early days. They interviewed women who saw him speak, and they said that they were "entranced" with his presence.. he was "superman". Kinda like the crowds of swooning women at an Elvis concert.. hyper-ventilating, getting weak in the knees.. passing out.. Mussolini was pretty much the same.. could really get a crowd charged up.. I think there very well may be a spiritual element to this. I mean.. look at ole vic.. on a physical level, what really was there to look at? What's the attraction? And there are groups dedicated to keeping his memory alive..
  21. hmmm. what's to say he isn't?
  22. The only difference I see between Simon and vic.. Simon offered MONEY. vic skipped a step, and just outright stole the "product". "I gotta have this POWER.. to *minister* da holy spurt.."
  23. Actually, I've heard a fairly valid argument for just that claim.. I think the "sorcerer" comparison fits the vicster quite well.. "bewitched" or "dazzled" people with SOMETHING. And as his royal drambuieness walked "humbly" in life, he had lackeys and yes men announce his mogdafatdom to the world.. A few are still "dazzled" to this day, twenty some years after his death.
  24. "board", I have a message for you.. you're FIRED.
  25. Maybe they just misspelled.. should have been "serving da LARD with gladness.." the few on top who haven't done an honest day's work in over thirty years.. should have sub-titled it: Serving da lard with gladness, here are we, serve us..
