We were shown this video at an Advanced Class Specal weekend. It was supposed to represent the spiritual competition....

I listed mine separately, but some really zealous VPW fan bought them for his offshoot library. I got over $200, but I don't remember the exact number. I was happy, and so was he. He tried to witness pfal to me though....

Georgous! I had no idea it was so pretty up there! I'm a west coaster who has never seen any of the Great Lakes. I used to think there is no way a lake could look like an ocean. I never saw picture until now. Very nice!

Hmmm....maybe China is realizing that something is fowl. They are obviously going to hurt financially if they can't export anymore. The information in this is appalling. I will do my best to NEVER buy anything originating there. Chinese FDA Director Sentenced to Death

It's OK. I used it a few times in my way dayz, but it obviously wasn't so wonderful that I wanted to use it all the time. I was attracted to it from the peppermint and eucalyptus scents. The soap is extremely watery, so it seems to go quickly.

I do believe Ms. Donna would be of that persuasion because many here knew her to be of that persuasion before she got in TWI. Some here at GSC know that she openly told VPW that she had feelings for her female friends and went to him because she felt she needed counseling for feelings because they weren't "right". He shrugged it off as the love of God. Even if she is gay, that is a moot point. I just think it's terrible to hide who you really are and profess something completely the opposite. That is hypocrisy. And please tell me what is so evil about that type of behavior? It's different than the life-style you prefer, but that doesn't make it evil. BTW, that's a rhetorical question. ;)

I'm not speculating anything. ;) The thing about JP was mentioned at lunch, so there was not doubt about Don's disappointment with his brother's decision to not support the ministry and to go elsewhere for fellowship. Don said himself that he was going to write JP a letter to tell him so and send it Fedex. I remember that clear as a bell. I was new on staff and couldn't figure out why this was public information. I'm sure Don could have disagreed with some decisions LCM made and could have stood against them, but it sure wasn't evident while I was at HQ (5 years). If he wasn't supporting him, then why did he hang around after the fog years? His health sure didn't allow him to make changes. I can speculate on those reasons, but only God and Don know for sure.

That must have been a horrifying dream. You know Carmella is a bad @$$, right?

I don't know about that Eagle. I heard Don speak at lunch about JP leaving. He expressed his extreme disappointment with that decision. Don followed LCM; there's no doubt about that.

I thought Vicki sang very well. She was someone who had REAL talent. I liked when she sang "Focus and Fire". It was high energy and uplifting. Claudettee sang it a few times after LCM ran Vicki and her hubby off, but it just wasn't the same IMHO. I think NOBODY can sing "Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus" like Debra Olthouse either. It seemed that song was made for her to sing.

We are having a heat wave. It's too hot to even think about going outside. We haven't had rain in over 4 moths, so it is EXTREMELY dry. Gawd, I HATE Arizona.

I went to Sealife Park in Oahu Hawaii back in the late 80s. There was a Walphin there. It is part dolphin and part killer whale. I told people at work about it, and they said I was exaggerating. If they really knew me, they would know I just don't do that kind of stuff. Anywhoo, there wasn't google.com back then, and one of them went to Hawaii and verified it for themselves. Dolphins and Killer Whales are of the same genus. Their being in captivity together was the first time this was known of happening. The Walphin did produce offspring too. It was not sterile. R*bin M*gnelli did a sharing while I was at HQ about evolution and how it couldn't happen. I'm trying to remember her theories. She talked a lot about the missing link and how there isn't one.

There was a branch in Eureka? That seems odd to me. Even though I knew people who were WOW there in 1976, I didn't think it was populated enough to have wayfers there. I am interested in hearing anything from this meeting as well. -
Chas, I'm not the least bit surprised. She used to come in to our office almost daily to do her "B" job in the Way Magazine. I saw this kind of attitude frequently from her. I wanted to be in the choir really bad. I wanted to try out. I practiced since I knew I would have to sing for someone. There was one song which had many words in one breath, and I couldn't get my breathing right with it. I asked her how to do it. She said "If you need to ask that, then you shouldn't be in the choir." No encouragement at all. I would think since singing was her "longsuit", she would have been happy to help me out. I felt dropped like a 50 pound rock. If she didn't have time or didn't want to give her time, she should have said so. I just never thought a true minister should be that way.

Are you talking about the video? If so, I wouldn't slam on the gay community like that. The video is really the epitomy of "CORNY".

I don't feel comfortable revealing the daddies of the performers in the video. My other comment in regard to the singing ladies is that they are far from any representation of being tender-hearted. When I was at HQ (for 5 years), I made a point to sit wherever at lunch time. I did this so I could get to know different people and learn about them. Any time I had to sit at Tr*dy Y*atts or D*b B*rger's table, it was hell. They were wrapped up in their own little world. Their table ususally only had room for one extra person. I dreaded sitting with them. They barely even recognized the extra person, and that person usually ended up being the host of the table. I tried to avoid sitting there at all costs. These people were definitely not friendly and warm. Highway, when were you in Way Prod?

My cousin left TWI because of this kind of garbage he saw. He experienced his WOW Fam Coord, a hot WC female, taking "naps" with the married LC. He confronted her about it, but it seemed she had been taking naps with many of leadership in TWItville. After LCM's Believer's Family Class, the wife of our BC was shouting from the roof tops that the people in the fellowships should just go get laid to relax a little. Her answser to everything was to get laid. I saw a lot of people's hearts get hurt over this kind of thing. It obviously isn't meant to be. -
I saw him stop in his tracks to go out of his way to flirt with my best friend. It was sick. He didn't act that way with other people. What do you think it is? I wouldn't defend an @sshole whether he worked night shift or not. As a minister, he should have been more approachable. He never was. It was almost like he wanted people to be afraid of him. Now, I got to go toss those ....ed up wheaties someone tried to feed me this morning.

What is this Claudettee worship? I'm so effing sick of people putting her on a pedestal. She could sing, but it wasn't that great imho. And her dancing, well, she admitted to me herself that she couldn't do the cha-cha stuff in one of their numbers. She's not numb or dumb to the things which have happened in TWI. She supported it. As far as herself, I saw her minister to whom SHE wanted to minister (if you really want to call it that). Yes, she was a respector of persons. If she didn't like you, then tough $h1t. She wasn't going to give you the time of day. I saw arrogance in her. That's a real minister.... She wasn't any better than the rest. It seems even in the ex-wayfer community she is regarded as the matron saint of twi. I don't get it. She is a person like anyone else. Nobody dare say anthing bad about her even if it is truth.

I don't think he's a nice guy at all. The only time I saw him go out of his way to appear friendly is to skinny blondes of whom he thought he might get a piece. All other times, he was just a straight-faced way zombie. I honestly didn't see a ministry working in Mr. Linder. He was too busy putting on his bad @$$ face. That's what I saw for the 5 years I saw him in action.

I'm partial to British Columbia myself. IF (big if) I were to ever move up there, it would have to be in Vancouver. It is georgous just like the Pacific Northwest.
