I have an appointment on October 3. The MOM Mobile is coming to the parking lot of my work. It will be really convenient, but it won't be comfortable. Gosh men have it so much easier. I'd rather cough and turn my head. It would be shorter than the time you have to have yourself smooshed between 2 cold plates feeling like it's going to be ripped off.

I had an FC hound me to do that once too. It drove me crazy. I finally said to her "Their silence speaks VOLUMES!!! If they wanted it, they would have called me back. If I call them or leave them anymore notes, it could be harrassment!!" She finally backed off. What makes them think that is such a godly way to get people involved? I remember feeling pressured to take classes when I first got involved. I didn't call back for a reason. Maybe I wouldn't have gone out WOW and stayed in TWI for 20 years had they not kept bugging me.....shoulda woulda coulda....

I think there were many who did that waysider. Sometimes I think we were just so used to hearing certain phrases and reading certain verses in the Bible that it all became rote. It definitely wasn't inspiring most of the time.

Eyes told it all very well except for the part with the AWESOME crab chowder and seafood, and MOJITOS!!! Those were the BESTEST mojitos I've ever had!! I can post the picture of us with Jonny's cousin if Eyes and Belle agree to me posting it.

No, we ate Crab, Oysters, Calamari, and sour dough bread. And the Mojitos flowed abundantly. We ate at the Crab House. I highly recommend that place. The garlic butter crab was awesome, and so was the crab chowder.....mmm mmmm good!!

haha!! So funny? Ironically, Belle, Eyes and myself were snuggling up to Jonny Lingo's cousin at the Wipeout restaurant on Pier 39 in San Francisco last night.

Hurricane Dean made it through the Yucatan Peninsula a few weeks ago. I don't know if it hit Cozumel. I was in Playa del Carmen at the end of October in 2005 when Hurricane Wilma hit. I thought the BIG beyotch would never leave. We went to our room on Thursday night and couldn't come out until Sunday morning. The great thing about a cruise is they can navagate around a hurricane. You may not get as much time at a port and your port of call may change, but at least you still get to enjoy your vacation.j Have a great time and take pictures for us to see! I still highly suggest Chankanaab Park for snorkeling in Cozumel.

You can find every kind of festival all over the San Francisco Bay Area. My favorite is the garlic festival in Gilroy south of the Bay Area.

My sister called me to tell me this tonight. If we meet up in the city, I will take BART. That's not so bad. That was the best way to get to The City when I lived in Fremont. You can get to most of desired places by trolley once you get off at the major BART stations.

He did a tape explaning his side of things (truthfully??? only God knows). That tape ended up getting distributed to the fellowships. I was on Staff at the time, and even we only got a tape. We didn't see him in person for MONTHS after that tape was heard. Then when we did see him, you could see the discomfort in his face. We didn't see him on grounds ever again afterward and up to the point we were told he was told to move out and get a job.

Eyes, I'm going to be on vacation in the Bay Area all next week. If you can come, please do join us! The more the merrier! I'm sure between you, Belle, and me, we can get in to all kinds of debauchery!! Belle, It is a long trip, but let me tell you there is NO OTHER PLACE on earth to see beautiful coast line like you see from Santa Cruz to Montery to Carmel to Big Sur. It is absolutely breath taking, and you will never forget it. If you do it, you HAVE to take the coast highway. Do not let anyone talk you in to taking I-5 even though it is quicker. There are many great wineries in Napa. If you are planning a tour, get reservations now. There is one winery I like a lot called V. Sattui. They have a deli with scrumptous food and picnic tables where you can sit outside and enjoy your little picnic. It is a a different atmosphere than you will see at other wineries. Don't forget to bring a jacket. It is much colder in San Francisco than it is in the rest of the areas. It should be warm in Napa though.
