Dear HighWay- In answer to your questions-Yes I do think that VP would have done what he was going to do with or without the corps. He did it before the corps was formed. He and Craig would have had their goons around them whatever you want to call them. As for the Corps I agree there were different types of individuals who went into it. That's why we can't blame all of them. Those who hurt others and lorded over others will have to answer for their deeds. I was Corps and unfortunatley I got kicked out for not wanting to confront like they wanted me too. I refused to treat people the way they wanted me too. I always treated people the way I would want to be treated, with love and respect. I came from the bottom of the barrel and I know what it's like to be there. When it all comes down to it there will be no labels at the return. The question should be why didn't we get out earlier. Some did some didn't.

Congrats Socks-Nice to see. I enjoy seeing folks who have stood together. It's not easy in this day and time.

Way to go. Love to hear about victories. Why not tell it. Encourages me to at least try. Maybe I'll pass someone this year in my sailboat.

I agree RG. There should be no criticism here. We should all respect each others opinions. What's the point of arguing and bickering when that's the kind of stuff we wanted to get away from.

Dear Wdsandwks- Welcome to the cafe. That was a great post for someone who has just joined. Thanks for sharing that with us. Even though twi was screwy to say the least, God still works with people who trust Him. I don't get a lot of revalation but God did work in my heart to help me see that the woman I was interested in would be one that I could enjoy life with. It worked too. At first I didn't quite believe it and ran around asking everyone what they thought. When it all comes down to it though you have to make the decision based on good friendship and compatability. I'm glad God knows our hearts. I certainly would have screwed up.

Remember the time they hid those horrid "wheatberries" left over from breakfast in our dinner mush. There were line-ups at the candy bar machine's that day. How about the time they offered seconds at lunch. Stampeeeeeeeeeeeeeeede. A few good memories.

We met and married while involved with twi. We have been together for 24 years now. It's hard to comprehend how we made it through all those years in twi and stayed together. We have a unigue relationship, my wife is almost ten years older than I. We have a lot in common. We love to travel and we love music. I'm thankful for her, and I believe God brought us together. It's hard enough to raise children especially with leadership judging you and your children all the time. Thank God we left. Our marriage has been much better since then. Perhaps some didn't make it. Don't blame yourself, I don't believe anyone can say it is wrong to divorce. Sometimes people make mistakes. My list is very long.

Here's my two cents. I question this healing too. In a way though it doesn't matter whether or not VP healed the guy to me. Doesn't the word say if you want to do a good work do it secretly. Just the fact he had the balls to brag about what he did tells me he was a big show off. Actually he did put on a good show didn't he. A good tap dancer, razzle dazzle and all that jazz.
