Just for a laugh- Upscale Bar C, E-flat and G entered a bar. The bartender said, "Sorry, I don't serve minors." The E-flat left and the C and G had an open fifth between them. After a few drinks, the fifth was diminished and the G was out flat. An F entered and tried to augment the situation but was not sharp enough. A D entered and excused himself to the bathroom, saying, "I'll just be a second." An A entered but the bartender wasn't convinced that this relative of C was not a minor. Then the bartender noticed a B-flat hiding at the end of the bar. "Get out, right now!" he exclaimed. "You're the seventh minor I've found in this bar tonight." The next night the E-flat returned to the bar in a 3-piece suit. The bartender said, "You're looking sharp tonight. This could be a major development. " This was the case, when the E-flat took off the suit and everything else to stand there au natural. Eventually, the C sobered up and realized in horror that he was under a rest. He was brought to trial, found guilty of contributing to the diminution of a minor, and was sentenced to ten years of D.S. without the possibility of a Coda. On appeal, he was found innocent of any wrongdoing, even accidental, because the accusation was bassless. The bartender decided he needed a rest -- and closed the bar. h

He left for many reasons. But I think the biggest is becsause of what I said in my first post. They are living in the past. No spirit of God is active there. He would be glad to talk to anyone, pm me if you want his email or number. CK-We did visit him because he has always been kind to me and I wanted to know what he was up to and why he left twi as well. It was a double blessing to get to meet you.

I'm not promoting his group and I don't belong to it but I just received a copy of a new book by Larry Panarello former twi clergy. One thing I do like about him is he never asks for money. It's the opposite of what twi is all about, I think they are living in the past. His book is called "The True Justice of a Just God. It's about healing, restoration and God's justice. He explains how Jesus Christ came to show how God is light and love in the gospels He also explains what the Daysman is. I thought it was refreshing and new. Some material never covered in all my years with twi. Way to go Larry.

TBone-I have the emu 0404. So far I like it. Yes you will need some kind of a sound card. You can check out the video demos at pgmusic.com to check out the band in the box programs. I think they will do everything you need at a fraction of the cost.

Amen to not needing an organization to believe God and to help people. But you should read through some of these forums before posting general statements like what you have said here. I thought like you at first, everything isn't all what twi said it was. And I don't believe every effect in the world has a cause behind it that comes from a spiritual source. Life is not all cut and dry like the way told us. There is nothing in the Word that says this, it was "wayspeak." There was nothing wrong with wearing sackcloth and ashes. Many men of God did this as a sign of grief or humility. It doesn't mean they left the Word. The reason we are here is to get answers and to get help. But you are welcome here, keep your ears and eyes open. PB

From my last bit of time in way daze it was a bit nicer. But only because they couldn't afford to lose any more people. The biggest problem is the boredom. No one can teach anything new. It's the same teaching over and over. They wouldn't see any spirit of God moving if it hit them on the head. All teachings coming out of HQ are scripted even SNS teachings.

My last one was a total di*k. Would sleep through all the phone hook-ups. Then he would wake up and reprove someone for something. Maybe he got revelation in his dreams.

Lone Wolf-you are not alone. They did the same thing to me and to many others. They learned this technique from the military. It's an intimidation technique. You must read the book "The Subtle Power of Spritual Absue". Questioning leadership is the one thing that really gets their feathers riled up. Glad to have you here.

TBone- I've just seting up a recording studio. Here's my 2 cents. There are some good forums out there to help you. Webrings- the home recording connection is good. Then there is the studio central community index which is good. And there is the band in the box forum. As for hardware I have the emu which Socks mentioned. The M audio and Audigy are good also. Software, band in the box is easy, cheap and very good. You also get Power Tracks which is their recording studio. The the room setup-bookshelves with books separated by small spaces works well. There are also acoustic tiles you can buy on the net.

Eyes-Thanks for the great storey. You could be a writer. I got sent LEAD 3 times. One time Vince Fin--- super ego maniac was riding beside me in the car. He found out I had been 2 times before and said to me "what the hell are you doing here". ( Like if I would have spoken up would they have listened. No way they would have reamed me out for questioning them too). Well Vince just kept on taking up the whole conversation, like he always did. It was always about him. Then when we got out there the leadership got us lost and we walked for two days with no food, just to keep from freezing. I guess they weren't that civilized yet.

Hardhearted. That's it in a nutshell. In fact I'd rather be governed by Nazi's at least yoiu knew where they were coming from. Anything that went wrong was due to your lack of preparation. They would say preparation is the highest form of belieiving as their catch phrase for eveything. What a crock, everyone was walking around on pins and needles.
