myseestorEx, I don't have birds (I have fish) but when I lived in South Jersey and Philly my best friends go a cockatiel... that was ten years ago and they still have it, and I agree with everything that wrestlingnot said, easy to take care of, look in the classifieds, you can probably get the whole hookup (bird, cage,etc) for $100 or under... ...and I think it's more of a "boy's bird" than a parakeet (although you'll like it too)... ... Okay... I'll be the first... Overall, it was between OK and pretty good... there are many many LYAO outloud moments... but... there's lots (and I mean in very large, gratuitous doses) of use of the F word as well as the S word and most of the other words you can think of... there's also lots of sexual innuendo (and sex, even though they don't 'show' anything)... ...it was pretty funny, I just wouldn't take any kids (or your mother) to see it... let them go on their own... ... I saw it and really liked it... moreso (I think) because I had watched the "history vs hollywood" thing about it on the History Channel first... noticed a lot more of the intricacies than I would have otherwise I think... ... I've been here and I've been there and I've been in between...

I'd like to take this time to thank you all for your tireless work over this holiday period making sure that this our thread did not go un-noticed by the big eyeball in the sky while I was out being driven to comatoseness by the evil spirit triptophaneous which caused mine ears to bleed and tongue to swell and bladder to drain thank you all for your hard work and diligence to do the work of the just because there wouldn't be anyone else who could carry that load your truck from the rear with the tailgate down and remember to lift with your legs not your back in the day we all used to laugh at times like this and look forward to the bags of gorp that were stashed in there with an apple or an orange you glad that we all are here or else surely we'd be there for the taking? ...
