And now I must confess, I could use some rest. I can't run at this pace very long. Yes it's quite insane, I think it hurts my brain. But it cleans me out and then I can go on.

I know what you mean mysisterEx10... we've already got 10,000 here with more on the way... Reunion is full, although in the end I think they'll be able to put more in there... they're putting them in the convention centers (downtown and in the suburbs). Both cities and the connecting suburbs are opening all their shelters and buildings of size... I understand that San Antonio is going to get a sizable amount of refugees as well... I will say that the response of the community here has been heartwarming... finally a ray of hope for these folks... I can't begin to imagine what it's like to lose everything as these folks have... but maybe it can be a new beginning for them, maybe it can be a catalyst to start a new life...

man! I don't even know what recompense means! ...guess I better dust off the old Webster's...

the youngsters that we've brought up have been pretty impressive... haven't won everything, but impressive... that road trip just killed us... ended our hopes for this year and almost broke the team... we've done all right since then even though the only contender we played was the WSox (took 3 of 4, lost the Volquez outing)... now we're picking on the Royals... (our owner's team to model after)...
