well it's a pretty good game so far... Byrd looks like the elementary school janitor that has a pint in his back pocket... but he's pretty effective... oops... just hit a guy... and gone... let's see how that rubber arm of sheild is tonight... the fox heads were making a big deal at the beginning of the game about both teams playing small ball... I don't know about the sox, but I think the LAA are the real "Dodgers"... it's that blue blood that Scosia bleeds after learning from Tommy L... I sure love this time of year... and the weather here is actually cooperating as well... got the windows open and the TV on... ahhhh

Funny mstar... funny! OKAY BOYS (and any lurking girls)... TIME TO MAKE THE PREDICTIONS! I'll go with the Cards from the NL. Houston has shown some grit... but in a seven game series... gotta give it to the Cards again. In the AL, I'm not so sure... the Angels have both talent and grit, not to mention depth... but the Pale Hose have good pitching and "IT" going for them this year... I think the ChiSox win tonight for obvious reasons, the only negative I see for the Angels is also one of their positives... Bart Colone... no heart IMO... But... I'm going with the Angels... Who's next?

I like Bart's stuff mstar... let's see... two decided and maybe one more to be decided today... who will fall? Braves or Yanks... either way, I'm kind of leaning towards the "series participants have already been decided" theory... meaning that the Pale Hose and Cards will be there... but the Yanks have many weapons and the Angels never seem to quit coming at you... let's see what the Astro's do today... I'm kind of leaning that way...

We be happy on this side of the Red River... of course, most of the boys on your sooners travelled north across that river to get there anyway! We'll enjoy it for a year... it was quite the butt kicking... like some administered by the crimson and cream in recent times... (and don't try to offer the "Adrian didn't play" excuse... he wouldn't have changed the outcome... ahh... sweet victory! (we now end the gloating and return you to our regularly scheduled tread)
