so "Commie and Doe" is a movie? ...I think Linzee still owes us one...

I guess I missed the point entirely then. I thought the "gist" of this thread was not that "truth became untruth" but that truth was presented in such a way as to pervert it's meaning or maybe a better way to put it would be that truth was presented to serve a purpose or prove a point... and taking people in the direction the teacher wanted them to go as opposed to where God wanted them to go...

That's fine, then don't (if you don't want to)... there are others here that hold that same view/position... but that doesn't necessarily mean that what you post won't be responded to, dissected or acknowledged... that's just the way it works here maybe moreso than other places because, you see, we were all in a cult. One that has affected each of us in different ways and one that each of us still carry around some sort of baggage from our time there (some small little waist pouches-some large trunks with wheels). So have some fun (or not) and enjoy yourself (or not). Get out of it or put into it whatever you choose. BTW... are you by any chance related to any other posters that come to this board?

Yes... Kevin Smith always plays "Silent Bob" (the dude who plays "Jay" can barely put two sentences together)... and just about his only lines in the movie, spoken to Ben Affleck's character, were: But, by the time I figured this all out, it was too late; she moved on. And all I had to show for it was some foolish pride which then gave way to regret. She was the girl. I know that now. But, I pushed her away. So I've spent everyday since then CHASING AMY. So to speak. It was a pivotal scene of the movie... at least to me... ...you can do the next one since you got everything except the title...
