a lot of those did look pretty nasty... and a lot of them just looked like heat that the batter's couldn't catch up with... either way it works! I don't think any of them were the true Gyro though because, from what I've read, it breaks incredibly from right to left (from a rightie), like a slider on steroids... sometimes starting out behind the batter and cutting across the plate... sure seems like it would be deadly on the elbow though... and I don't think it counts against the cap... isn't that from "active payroll"? ...if they don't sign him in the allowed 30 days the money is returned...

Also, you might want to check out the old "western" Zachariah... they co-wrote that and it's hilarious...

Belle, Wikipedia has some stuff about them. They were a 'comedy troupe' kind of a bizarre nature. I'd like to compare them to Monty Python but they were much further "out there"... after you read about them on Wikipedia, if you're still curious, I'm sure you could find some of their stuff on Amazon or similar sites... You could try "We're all Bozo's on this Bus" as Jonny Lingo mentioned although I never listened to it because I was... ...waiting for the electrician or someone like him...

there was an article on the news here in the last year about a woman that had started a post partum depression website to warn people about the effects of anti-depressants... I think they're angle was that the anti-depressants were what were helping cause those thoughts... I just think that, in general, we need to quit drugging up society... ...and I think this site, despite it's shortcomings, does a lot to help folks...

Saw this on "that other group": Bono is at a U2 concert in Ireland when he asks the audience for some quiet. Then in the silence, he starts to slowly clap his hands.
