Don't be so sure krys... the seventh season of "Seinfeld" is about to be released (that's why Jerry was on Letterman and wanted to have Richards "apology" aired)... none of the cast members of "Seinfeld" have to work another day in their lives if they don't want to... Like others have said, I didn't know and don't think it should be 'actionable' but who knows these days... folks will try anything... And I think he's a bigot and doesn't say those things if they don't "live" somewhere inside of him...
