  2. And so, I have found a really nice picture of the Redskins Cheerleaders. But I can't figure out how to post it. Tom would you post it for me here? I'll send it to you if you have an e-mail address... Or, maybe I should send it to MStar...
  3. And then there was one year at the Rock, '85 maybe when I was working "Camping" as usual. I parked, hooked up, and trouble shot problems in the RV camping section. One day, after the Rock was over and people began to head on out and clean up began, I overheard a conversation from the other end of a two way radio. Somebody with a radio was talking to the Camping Headquarters tent over near the showers, and I heard a voice come over and saying; "Yeah, over here in Tent City we found another whorehouse. Yeah, you should see the place! Beer and whiskey bottles and condom wrappers all over the place!" And so, I couldn't resist. I had to go and see it. So, I left my partner over by Wierwille Road, and walked over to where there was a group of Camping "officionados" standing outside of this little pup tent with people taking turns looking in. And so, sure enough, it was as described over the radio. Apparently, whoever was using it for such activities simply walked away from it, leaving the "leavings" as well as a couple of decent sleeping bags and a foam mattress. Glad I didn't have to clean it up. I went back to my RV Camping post. But it was so funny to hera them say it that way as if it were annual occurrance: "Yeah, found another whorehouse..."
  4. Damn Tom Tuttle! Talk about "polysyndeton" (many ands)! But, your narrative clearly showed the picture as it must have been! Too funny, as well as sad... I remember a guy whom we nick named "Wolf" that was finally apprehended and placed in the Rock Of Ages "Pat Lynn's Twig". I gues "Pat Lynn's Twig" specialized in ROA "weirdo cases". "Big Daddy Bob Darnell" was part of that too. This guy "Wolf" had been walking around the ROA grounds with a kitchen knife, tucked up along his forearm so no one could see it. And then, whenever the "spirit grabbed him", he'd pull the knife out and stick it in some unsuspecting individuals face only inches away, and say "Hi. This is Wolf! And Wolf is hungry!" And then he would cackle and then walk off to do it all over again. When I finally met Wolf, he was already in "Pat Lynn's Twig" at the third aid tent. He was sittng there with a number of people questioning him, and his eyes were moving rhythmically from left to right, and his tongue was doing the same. He was truly crazed, and he really did need to be controlled. Thank God "Wolf" never got fed! Turns out the questioning had to do with "Who brought you here, where are you from, what state, city, twig", etc... Personally, I am glad "Wolf" was apprehended. Anybody else remember "Wolf"?
  5. I guess we'll all just have to wait and see. I didn't expect the Chargers to beat the Colts and snap their winning streak. Honestly, I wasn't expecting the Skins to beat the Bucs, but am glad they did. The up and coming game with the Seahawks may well put the Skins down and out, for, the Seahawks no doubt want revenge for their earlier loss to the Redskins. And, like one of you all said, those Panthers are a$$ kickers! I seriously did not expect them to skunk the Giants! I do believe that it is true that "on any given Sunday, any NFL team can beat another", Houston Texans excluded of course... And Pirate, maybe the Skins only wracked up 25 yards passing, but one must remember that they were up against the number One defense in the NFL, and still managed to keep them at bay. And not to mention that the Skin's defense was awesome as well. In fact, that whole game was an excellent "study in defense". And, I would mind letting the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders in those incredible hot pants gang up on me, smother me in a big pile up, with me all the while mumbling a weak "help me help me help me's...." Mmm mmm mmm! What babes!
  6. And girls, just think about what you could do with all of that moneY: Why, you could make more than a couple of trips to Heidi Fleiss's stud farm!
  7. Weird! So, after all of the expenses are paid, the husband gets to "bust her cherry", and then the new hyman is just as it was before the operation, as in busted again? I heard one of the Dr.s names is Dr. Buster Hyman...
  8. "He will not get treatment, but if the other inmates get a hold of him, he may need hospital treatment." Hopefully MP, hopefully...
  9. And umm, pardon me for that mis-placed post. I had thought that I was posting at the end of the discussion about the lesbian/dog porno video. Sorry...
  10. Ya know, I have read about how the porno filmers get those dogs to perform with those gals like that (yeah I saw the vid in rez also), they put bacon grease on the women to lure the hungry dog into action. "Bacon! I want bacon!!!" But VP told us that a dog would only do that if it or the human performers were posessed. But really, he just wanted "BACON!!! I WANT BACON!!!" And I can just imagine one of you 7th Corps singing "Puppy Love" during the middle of that with a sweet pre-pubescent Donnie Osmond voice. And so, who was it? Joe Guarini? Jeff Pittinger? Man, that just cracks me up just thinking of it. It must have been some very welcomed "comic relief!"
  11. Hey Tom, for you, who is "we"? Aren't you in Texas or Louisiana or somewhere South? And to the both of you: What about the Redskin juggernaut?
  12. I went down to the Mary Carter paint store I said give me one of them Smith and Wesson magnum forty fours, Cause there's a man that the law let loose, and justice was not done... This man killed my wife and my- only little son... I'll never forget the way he looked all through the trial. He had his big named lawyer, and he had that "smirkey smile"... Oh yeah he got you off on a tech-ni-cali-tee, But you'll have to grow wings and fly to ever get away from me! Cause I got rights, yeah I got rights too! And this time there won't be no [/i]damn lawyer and system to pro-tect you.. But I'm gonna read you, I'm gonna read you your rights You gotta right to know, that you're gonna go, to hell one of these black nights! (Black sounding guitar solo) When the trial was over he had the nerve to say; "That's the way it goes" I said "Well hoss you better get you some corks Cause you're gonna have to plug up a few holes", Guess he thought I was talkin' just to pass away time, But it kinda looks different now on his knees beggin' for his life! Hey I got rights I got some rights too... No this time there ain't no damn lawyers and systems to save you! -Hank Williams Jr.
  13. I agree as well. Although, I have heard others say that he should stay in order to get his degree, bring more "accolades" to the school that launched his career, as well as earn that Heisman. And so, I just thought I'd ask. I had a shipmate who was/is friends with the family of Juneau's Favorite Son, Carlos Boozer, of recent Duke University and NBA fame. When the time came for Carlos to choose between his senior year at Duke and the NBA, naturally, this was a common topic in the crew mess of our ship, crewed mostly with Juneau people. And, I chimed in with the "I think he should do the honorable thing and finish out college". But then, this shipmate of mine pointed out that his father and mother had shelled out lots of dough on basketball camp, basketball tutors, etc etc, and that once he goes NBA, he'll get a signing bonus or some kind of guarantee of ten million bucks if he gets hurt and bumped out of the NBA. And then, he can always come back for his "gegree" whether he a has a stellar career or not. For, what would happen to him should he blow out a knee during his senior year? And, would he play so hard during his senior year? Or would he be careful not to hurt himself and not give his best, in order to be healthy enough for the NBA? And so, I definitely changed my way of thinking on the matter. Now, I am not real proud of Carlos's switch from the Cavaliers to the Jazz. I remember the headliner: "Will Boozer keep his word? Or will he go for the big bucks with the Jazz?" Well, he got the big bucks, but he's been out this year with an injury of some sorts. Yeah yeah, I know, On the one hand he holds the offer of $65 million, and in the other hand, he holds the $900,000.00 contract with the Cavaliers. "Hmm, let's see, which is worth more? 65 mil? Or 900 thou? Hmmm..." However, he and Lebron James were quite a tag team and could have taken them to greater heights and demanded bigger contracts. But I agree, Vince Young should take a deal with the NFL. But, geez, the Houston Texans?
  14. No ..... And I don't even like marijuana. I swear, if there was a guy like the one in the article above living nearby, I would be tempted to assasinate him. They should not be allowed to live after something like that. How many times have we read about repeat offenders that rape and then kill their second time around? We read about it over and over and over. Makes me sick. There was that sweet and beautiful college girl up in North Dakota last winter murdered and raped by a "released sex offender". Someone's lovely little girl off to college! The little seven year old girl mentioned above who was raped and then buried alive by the previously convicted sex offender down in Florida. And on and on and on, and on!! I say cut their nuts off, make 'em suffer and then shoot them between the eyes and bury them. But maybe, like the Brits did back in the 1800's (the brutes!), hang their decomposing bodies in a public place for all to see as a warning, like they did to Captain Kidd the pirate at the mouth of the Thames! Oh, but we're more civilized now days, and the perpetrators have their "rights". Hey Mary Poppins, try and find the song "I got Rights" by Hank Williams Jr. It may not make your local wrong "right", but, it is a song that seriously expresses your opinion, and may make you smile. We The People believe in justice, but somehow, the idiots who believe that these scum have "rights" are in power. Why is that? Well, I believe that the answer to this is simple. The one responsible for this is the I think Kaiser Soze' had it right: "The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing people that he doesn't exist......"
  15. Hey DMiller, Was that really Johnny Damon, all clean cut in that picture with the Yanks hat on? Ya know, this is the very first time I have heard of this, and I am flabergasted! I have two friends, brothers who are from Boston, who live in the Interior of Alaska. I had the priviledge of watching that historic series with them when the Red Sox, with Johnny Damon made history. And now this? Un-bee-lee-va-bul! I'll bet those two pals of mine are ....ed!
  16. And so, as the topic of the thread asks, do you think he should go to the NFL now? Or wait till he graduates?
  17. It also means that there are only two shopping days left to my sons birfday which is June 9, and he will be a big 10 years old...
  18. I think that it will mean that it is June 6, 2006.
  19. Yahoo!!! Yeah Redskins!!!
  20. I cannot even imagine Clem Robbins staying "In". I was in the Tenth Corps with Clem. He was very "avante garde" as an artist, and had a healthy habit of questioning everything, and was definitely one of a kind. Instead of a brief case and sharp clothing, he carried a "knapsack" kind of a deal, and he dressed a bit "slovenly" Kind of like a "disinterested genius". A very smart guy. And so, I'd be really surprised if he was still In. But, stranger things have happened I guess. I remember him showing me his portfolio of artwork that he'd done for Marvel Comix, and I was very impressed. On our interim year, he was up in Minneapolis I think. I was in Fargo, and remember seeing him down there in 1980/81 for a big Takit concert, as well as at a Corps get together with LCM...
  21. I think that I thought I was somewhere else when I posted this. And so, where am I? Actually I'd delete the thread if I knew how to...
  22. So Chatty Kathy, would you like to spend a moonlit evening on an outrigger canoe with Jonny Lingo, with the swaying palms rustling in the sea breeze, mai tais in our hands, the soft crush of the waves on the sand.... I could talk to your father, and I have many cows... But you'd probably say no...Haha!
