  1. Thanks. Been doing what dr. Says. Just was such a rare one no one seems to know a lot about it. I have been in remission for a year and a half. Praying i still am and for wisdom for us and Dr if not....

  2. Reflecting on where my head was at around the time that I left - I was a mixed bag of thoughts and emotions - and I’m sure some of that dread of the unknown while I was on the verge of leaving TWI was from those manipulative lies that were sown into my thought processes; was I about to commit spiritual suicide? What is truly surprising though - it seemed to be my most darkest hour - yet it was about to be an eye-opening dawn of true freedom...it takes some time but your eyes will adjust to the light (meaning your intellect and emotions will eventually catch up with reality - so relatively speaking life life gets a little less complicated and difficult ). funny how wierwille’s foreboding words of oblivion - that any “blessed” or “abundant” qualities in my life would disappear as I with full knowledge supposedly turned my back on god - and dove head first into some black hole of unbelief - what a surprise to find out in choosing to leave TWI - that one brave “little “ decision enabled me to escape TWI’s supermassive black hole!

  3. when addressing the Way Corps live (and caught on tape while doing so), vpw was rather clear that it was intended to serve like the Marine Corps. He claimed that the US was able to get effective, loyal soldiers. His explanations after that diverged slightly in wording, but the intent was the same. "I thought, 'What about God'?" "So I concluded that the Army was greater than God, the Marines were greater than God..." Mind you, this was from a man who spent no time in the military, no time in the reserves, no time in the National Guard, no time in ROTC, and was not directly related to anyone in any of the above categories. So, his idea of what the reality of the Marines was, was based on old movies. That's why the Way Corps didn't actually RESEMBLE anyone's genuine military experience. But, really, what else is new? vpw always had an excuse not to do what he told others to do. Even when he told lcm to do the opposite, he did it again. When it was time to address a crowd in the rain, vpw said "if the crowd gets wet, so do you." The way to cement this would be to step out and introduce lcm. Instead, vpw stayed dry and shoved lcm out. vpw told people to hitchhike, and didn't do it himself. Sent people on runs- rode around on Cushmans and golf carts. Told people to go witnessing-and said an evangelist's job wasn't to get out there and witness, but to get others to go out there and witness. My, how CONVENIENT. Never did show chapter and verse on that one, though... The real apostle Paul risked his life getting out there.

  4. Arrogant little ba$tard$ aren't they! They make up their little rules and if you don't follow them and do what they say Almighty God will drop kick you into the abyss.

  5. Still, they are referenced to Israel. Whereas (aside from Hebrews) Paul's are different. And even though it wasn't always spoken of or presented well, it is Paul's gospel (which he received directly from the ascended Lord Jesus Christ) that lays the foundation. You might disagree, but had vpw (and twi) done exactly that - and stayed out of everything else - I suspect that they would have had far fewer issues and problems. Problem is, he didn't.

  6. Sky, when I was stationed in Italy, I used to get his teaching tapes. I would listen to them to help me sleep at night. They were so boring!
