The irony in in thinking that Christianity is anything but a cult. Seriously. The only difference is the outrageous claims are believed because people (not eye witnesses) (supposedly) wrote them down nearly 2 generations after some guy who claimed he was the son of god died. Since then, every sect that has arisen started out as a cult until it grew or out lasted its crazy leader long enough to keep afloat.1 point

I must admit, however, had it not been for the humorous exploits of this merry band of Gawd's Elite, I may never have understood the full and vital essence of the phenomenon we know as cognitive dissonance.1 point
