  2. No, you have to be able to communicate with all your workers. You can move to where they are and speak clearly. If you're determined you need to stay where you are, you can raise your voice without a "scream." If you "have to scream" at your workers, you're not cut out to be a manager. (Unless, say, the worker pulls a knife and tries to stab someone.)
