After discovering true lunacy on THE "obsessive" thread, Ive come here to commit my life to nonsence in THE first degree! I've been wondering what this idiocy was all about and why a mistake has been blown out of all proportion. Now, I don't know, but I'm all for it! I don't even know what this is and I want to tithe here. I'm in love! Send in "THE". Does this have anything to do with the closing of THE gravity factory in Cleveland? Tony,
I'm THE person who started the THE, and you are right, I had no idea what THE would become. But what I find interesting about THE is that nobody ever mentions the content of that original message. It's like THE exists in a vacuum, void of context. THE bottom line is, the THE is a misunderstood document. Followers all across the country claim to be faithful to THE, yet how many of them have actually read the THE?
I am blessed because one day, while alone in my study, THE came to me and said THE would help me understand THE as it has not been known since the first post, if I would teach THE to others.
At first, I doubted. After all, who could trust a definite article? So I asked for proof. I said, THE, if this is really you, I want you to show me a snowman in Texas in mid to late June.
Well, sure enough, THE did just that. I was in Texast last week, in a soupy city called Houston, and as I walked in the mall, I came across a little glass globe with the phrase "Texas Snowman" inscribed on the bottom. There, submerged in water on the bottom of the globe, was a top hat, a carrot, and several black pebbles. I immediately recognized what had happened. I had asked THE for a Texas snowman, and THE gave me one, but since I didn't ask for a change in climate, the poor snowman had melted by the time I could find it.
I was heartbroken, and I vowed never again to mistrust THE definite article. But most people don't know there are TWO articles. There is THE, which is THE definite article, but there is also the INdefinite article, which calls into question everything made certain by THE definite article.
My demand on the THE thus fulfilled, I burned every grammar book I ever read and decided to read the THE for myself. If only more people would take the time to do this! We wouldn't have so many articles running around all over the place. We would all know there are only two articles, THE and a. But now, because I have shared THEse keys with you, you can begin to understand that THE Word of THE is THE Will of THE. That's the greatest secret in the world today. It is a secret not because it's being kept hidden, but because so few read the THE and believe it. THEse people talk a good game, but when it comes down to it, THEy have nothing but dust-covered definite articles all along their bookshelves, and we know that a dust-covered definite article is as pointless as an indefinite article.
So what is the THE? What does the THE say? Don't trust me! Trust the THE, and read it for yourself!
