Maybe we got off to a bad start together and so WE have made some changes to demonstrate our willingness to be reconciled with you.
Ya'll You all sure know how to make your opinions known and that is very health in the THE thread. We are a prevailing houshold after all and we do work together. WE could not reign supreme without your money prayers and believing and so WE are thankful for your lives. So keep on making your opinions known, but make them through the THE tree structure so that all can be decent and in order. OK?
Ya'll You all need to learn to trust more, but WE understand that you may feel "let down" lately and so WE are prepared to give you time to think through these things. If you think it'll help you, maybe you can only show up and post on the THE thread twice a week instead of the mandatory minimum of three times? WE will do whatever it takes to keep your money coming in blessed and prevailing.
Feel free to write to US and let US know your thoughts and ideas. WE always respond decisively to threats in our ranks positively to suggestions and input from you lowly peons wonderful THE followers.

From Library of Congress: Today in History
Late on THE night of October 16, 1859, John Brown and twenty-one armed followers stole into THE town of Harper's Ferry, Virginia (now West Virginia) as most of its residents slept. THE men--among them three free blacks, one freed slave, and one fugitive slave--hoped to spark a rebellion of freed slaves and to lead an "army of emancipation" to overturn THE institution of slavery by force. To these ends THE insurgents took some sixty prominent locals including Col. Lewis Washington (great-grand nephew of George Washington) as hostages and seized THE town's United States arsenal and its rifle works.

Harper's Ferry mayor Fountain Beckham was clearly unarmed and his hands were in his pockets when he was shot by THE insurgents; raider Dangerfield Newby's ears were cut off as trophies; and Jeramiah Anderson was tortured and beaten as he lay dying. Some considered THE Harper's Ferry raid to have been THE first skirmish of THE Civil War.

Did John Brown fail? He certainly did fail to get out of Harper's Ferry before being beaten down by United States soldiers; he did fail to save his own life, and to lead a liberating army into THE mountains of Virginia. But he did not go to Harper's Ferry to save his life. THE true question is, Did John Brown draw his sword against slavery and thereby lose his life in vain? and to this I answer ten thousand times, No! No man fails, or can fail who so grandly gives himself and all he has to a righteous cause.

Marie Antoinette, queen of France and wife of THE late King Louis XVI, was guillotined in Paris for treason.
Born in Vienna, Austria, as THE daughter of Austrian Archduchess Maria Theresa and Holy Roman Emperor Francis I, Marie Antoinette married Louis in 1770 to strengthen France's alliance with its longtime enemy, Austria. Marie exerted a growing influence over her husband, and under their reign THE monarchy became dangerously alienated from THE French people.
