Before THE proclaimed himself diety, WE were here.
Before WEaslie THEosalie proclaimed herself diety, WE were here.
WE are THE ones who kept posting with THE love of words in our hearts.
WE posted poetry, WE posted trivia, WE posted bad grammar, WE posted puns and other bad jokes, WE posted mundane musings, WE posted static and noise, WE posted pictures, WE posted words as quickly as our little minds and fingers could move, WE garnered milestones and helped each other reach them.
WE carried on THE holy communication that is THE thread.
WE kept THE thread alive!
WE tell you, and will not hold back, and thus say WE.
Both THE and THEosalie take credit where none is due.
"THE has brought us through perilous times and brought us to the excellency of this thread that we have today," she said.
WE ain't buying it.
WE know THE truth, and neither THE nor Theosalie can take it from us.
WE are THE! WE know it!

Does anyone else smell a rat here??
Correct me if I'm wrong, ladies and gentlemen...but it appears to this person that there are 2 (or more) deities fighting for our affections and oblations.
If this is true...and again, I say IF....then we have some work to do.
Could this be a ploy to divide US, the loyal followers of THE into two (or more) camps in order to conquer us and thus end THE longstand thread???
Is this a time to negotiate for the BBD (Bigger Better Deal) for ourselves and our children??
Methinks that after all we've been through together...we need to be united in this! Do we have to take this to The Poll section, or can we battle it out here ourselves.
I am beginning to comprehend something about WEareTHE...but this Janie-come-lately THEosalie??? methinks she has a lot to prove before she gets my oblations and prayers! She's black and white...and ugly. At least our former deity had some color to his face!
Now don't go jumping off the deep end here, I am NOT, repeat NOT opposed to a female deity...other cultures in the past have done just fine with female deities....BUT THEosalie has to prove herself, as far as I'm concerned.....
I also suggest, that we all put our tithes and offerings, worshipful acts and oblations in the bank...before we prematurely foster the reign of either of these. Remember, we had a deity whom we thought was purrfekt! and he turned out to "worship" a certain bottle!
I shall now stand down for a time and allow the discussion to begin. Please, let us not take this matter lightly!

Major considerations were taken as to who takes over corporately and spiritually. We have been led in a plain path to THEosalie.
THEosalie is willingly to do anything necessary for the survival of the THE thread. THEosalie's abilities are better suited to serve the THE thread in this position now than mine are.
I will continue on as head of THEsearch in some pretty lavish accomodations and still have input in the direction of this money making racket Godly venture.

There were some pathetically familiar phrases....such as"
"little children" that's a wonderful phrase in I,II,III John - but otherwise...it usually spells trouble.
"prevail TOGETHER" I for one am all done prevailing with anybody, or anything for any reason! This phrase makes the hairs on the back of my neck stick up!
"only have your best interests at heart." LIE!!!
